My dad has been in the Philippines working for about a month now. He is in the town of Baguio. He will come home in August for a few days and then go back until Christmas. A total of 6 months! This is a great opportunity for his career. His job has wanted him to go overseas numerous times throughout his career, but with a young family he and mom just didn't feel that would be a good move. So, I'm glad he has the chance to do this. Here are some pictures that he has shared with us. It's a beautiful place. My mom is looking forward to visiting him sometime in October.

He drove 6 hours to attend the Manilla Temple last weekend. It made him feel like he was at home because it's so similar to the Dallas Temple.

Sweet!!!!! You should all go visit...it looks like he has enough room. It must stink to be away from the family but very cool opportunity.

Wow! That is really cool! Kyle served his mission in the Phillippines and just loved it there. I'm sure you all miss your dad lots though!
