Austin was 9 months on Thursday! He had his checkup on Friday and passed with flying colors! His iron level was excellent. He weighed in at 22.01 lbs (75th-90th percentile). His head measured 19 inches...ummmm yes he still has a big head- 95th percentile. And he is 28 inches long (75th percentile).
There weren't any shots, only a finger prick to get some blood to check his iron. He did so well...not even a flinch.

I think I caught the Dr. by surprise when I took this picture. I love how babies' senses are so alive at this age. Just touching things helps them learn so much. He didn't yank at the stethoscope...just had to feel it.

Oh how I loved the photos! He reminds me so much of Darren with his chunky fingers and chunky little body (way to go with being between 75th and 95th percentile)! I love babies at this age. They're so fun and full of nothing but love.
You've gotta love those big roly poly boys! Aren't they just so hug and kissable??
Glad his checkup went well. Such a chubbers.
