Yesterday we breathed a HUGE sigh of relief. We signed the papers to close on our FIRST home. This home was actually built a year ago by someone else but they backed out. We were so thrilled when they accepted our offer. We will be moving next weekend and I'm so ready to get boxes out of the way. The only problem that we had at closing was that all the paperwork had the county listed as the city name. I'm glad I noticed it. When our realtor said, 'good eyes Mindy' I was quick-witted and replied 'I know someone' (get it- chris is an eye dr.) I'm not always so funny! It took about 15 minutes to get new paperwork printed up and then we were on our way to signing our life away!!!
Last weekend we ordered our refrigerator and it should be delivered next week. Chris is really excited to purchase a lawn mower and I'm excited to start decorating. Although, as much as I want to get a bunch of new things I'm not willing to break the bank to get the things I want. There are more important things that I know will be coming up.
