No, I'm not pretending to be a pirate. This is the sound of our frustration with AT&T. For three weeks now they've told us our internet will be turned on. The day comes and goes and no one with that company can figure it out. The latest and greatest is next Wed., but at this point my pessimistic side is coming out and I DOUBT IT!
So, tonight (from our parents' home) I'm quickly throwing a post out with a few pics of what we've been doing. One of which I don't have a picture of, but we've done a lot of swimming. Our neighborhood pool is lovely. It has a huge 6 in. section for younger children and my boys love it. I found this tu-tu floating device and I love it. So does Austin! The tube is connected to the shirt part. He just jumps in the deep part and pops right back up. He just loves doing what his brothers' are doing.
Last night we were at our friends' house for a bbq and a fierce storm blew through our neighborhood. Their fence got knocked down. We were anxious to see what damage was done to our home. We got home and one of our trees had fallen over. The wind pulled the middle right out of the ground. I'm taking this picture while holding it up.

My hanging planter that a friend in our old ward gave me blew over...at least the plants fell standing up.
OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT BLEW OVER ON IT'S SIDE. We hadn't made it to that side of the house and our neighbor came over to tell us about it. A few shingles fell off and the corner of the fence came apart from each other, but Chris fixed that after a quick trip to Lowes.
Next Colin helped Chris mow the lawn for the first time. This lawn mower is fast, too! You pull up the bottom lever and it goes faster. IT's even fast for me to use. (I used it before Chris did!) There is grass where they are mowing in the picture. We just have an empty lot next to us.
And we had our first cousin sleep-over! It was interesting. Colin slept in the office and the other three were in the boys' room. Around 10pm I decided it was getting late, so I moved one into our bed and the other two were left in Camerons' room. I separated them and came in when I knew they were asleep and here's what I found. Cameron had climbed on the top bunk with Elisabeth. So cute!

Yeah! You finally updated! I was beginning to wonder! When you get things up and running drop me a line on my blog! I would love to hear from you!
I'm glad that you were able to do a quick post! Cute pictures! Austin is so cute in his tube. I hope Syd will get used to hers and like it more! Thanks for coming over Saturday. It was one crazy night!
Loved reading about some of the adventures in your new home! Fun to have you "back up" again!
Yea! I thought maybe you were busy with getting your house decorated and such---and then I figured you fell off the face of the earth since I hadn't seen a post in a while. Kidding.
Sorry to hear about your internet problems, that totally stinks! I hope it gets repaired soon.
Happy fourth of July! We miss ya! But thank heavens for blogs!
