We were enjoying the beautiful 60 degree weather the other day and I was messing around with the camera. I thought these turned out cute of the boys.

isn't that the cutest little pug nose?

He's waving to the neighbor

Is anyone else ready for the cold weather to STAY? I sure am. I am o.k. with chilly. I'm o.k. with warm & cold...but not the change every other day.

On a side note: I was in charge of the R.S. Christmas enrichment meeting last night. We had a progressive dinner at 3 different homes. I think it turned out nice. I'm my own worst critic so I'll give myself the benefit of the doubt. I must say it WAS my first nice dinner to plan, and besides a few things it was a success. I was in this same position in Houston, but we just did casual activities before we moved away. Whew, it's over and I'm so glad we only have to plan 4 a year. I'm also grateful for a wonderful enrichment leader to help me out! Thanks Rosemary! Now I get to stress over teaching the lesson on the first Sunday in January. Good planning- it's my turn smack dab in the middle of the holidays. I guess I should get started now!!!
ONE more thing-- does anyone in the DFW area have a photoshop instruction manual that I could borrow? let me know!

Super cute pictures!!!! And seriously, Austin has the cutest nose ever! If I had a photoshop manual, I would gladly let you borrow it. I have checked out some books from the library some times, but it's never what I'm looking for. I don't know why my program didn't come with one. Is it the full photoshop, or photoshop elements? Anyway, I guess supposedly all the help I would need is within the program.... crazy! Good luck though!

You are getting good with that camara. Let me tell you about a website that has taught me so much about photoshop elements but also teaches about photshop.. http://www.scrappersguide.com/resources.html Try the newsletter and the free premier Issue and see what you think. I did join for a year $36 but the video tutorials are great and they keep me going. Also her Scapper's Guide to Photoshop elements is excellent. You can get it at a discount when you join. I have a manual but this has been far more helpful. Good Luck. Love you

All your boys are so cute, but those pictures of little Austin are just priceless! I have a couple books that might help you. One is "Photoshop CS2 for Dummies" and the other is "The Photoshop Elements 3 Book for Digital Photographers". I think we found them both at Half Price Books for a good price. I don't know which photoshop you have so let me know if you're interested and I'd be happy to lend them out!

I love the picture of Austin with his puggy nose! How adorable.

And I wish I could've been at the progressive dinner!!! GRRRR! I was so sad that I wasn't feeling well. I really, really wanted to go and I felt horrible that I wasn't able to come and play the flute. I'm so sorry! I'm sure Sis Black did great playing the Christmas hymns on the piano though.

And I have a photoshop 7.0 book. It's a college book so I don't know if that's what you need. If I remember, I'll bring it to the presidency meeting tonight. You are welcome to borrow it.

Those are great pictures. I'm glad your enrichment went well. I was actually in charge of our dinner tonight and I'm not going now! Isabella has had the stomach flu all week and just as she got over it Natalie came down with it. So this morning was spent frantically getting things taken care of that I was supposed to do.
