I've been sucked in...

OK. After reading so many other blogs, I decided to start one. The truth is, is that I actually took a moment to start it after Cameron went to sleep today. I'm not promising consecutive updates, but it'll be fun for others to see my family and see what is going on with us without sending out mass emails. Plus I don't think our latest digital camera does email size pictures. I know for those of you with dial up internet, it can be a hassle waiting for a picture to upload.
To fill those of you in that I haven't talked to in a while, my husband Chris is in his last semester of Optometry school. He grauates in May from the Univ. of Houston College of Optometry, will receive his liscense to practice around July and we'll be on our way in the working world. The last year of school is internships which we started last summer in Houston. Then fall of 2005 we went to Utah and now are finishing in the Dallas area. Currently we live in Plano. Our oldest son is attending kindergarten at McCall Elem. (a brand new school in our neighborhood this year). It's great being back in Texas. I love seeing people I went to high school with, and have been friends with for since we got married. Just yesterday I ran into a girl that I went to high school with at the mall.
The first picture posted is one we sent out at Christmas time. Colin is 5 and Cameron is 2. Both will turn a year older in February and April. We were in Utah at the time, and miss the outdoor activities. But I must say I do not miss having such cold weather every single day. My boys love to play outside and can't in such cold conditions without having asthma/allergy issues. I've been able to go jogging myself without having asthma problems. My personality just doesn't mesh with staying inside 4-5 months out of the year. Aside from the weather, we do miss our family and friends that we grew closer to while living there. Chris is continually thinking of ways to get back asap.

Colin and Cameron were having fun with Colins' CLEAN underwear!
