We had a nice spring break after going to San Antonio. The kids played with some friends. We got to watch cousin Hayden. He and Austin got along great. They loved playing on the patio, but Hayden didn't want me to take his picture! It was funny...you can see his stubborness in the picture!
We went to the Galleria and went ice skating. It was fun to be on the ice after such a long time. I honestly can't remember the last time I have been. But it was my boys' first time to go and they did great. I thought they would because they both rollerblade pretty well.
The temple is really close to the Galleria and the boys wanted to see it. I'm so glad we did because the flowers were B*E*A*U*T*I*F*U*L! The boys ran right past the lovely foliage to get to the fountain.
Then this past weekend I got to spend time with my best friend who actually introduced Chris and I. We went to lunch one day and did a little shopping, and then we hung out another evening with our hubbies. It was so great to see her again. She just lives too far away! I appreciate her always being there for me the past 14 years or so! We used to dream of how we were both going to marry, and not only have the same first name, but last name as well. She is what everyone needs in a best friend. Miss you already Malinda!
