Pumpkin Patch

We ventured out to Flower Mound to a pumpkin patch with some of Colins' school friends on Thursday. Colin had early release and the weather was perfect. I'm now convinced that pumpkin patches aren't all they're cracked up to be at least with my children! Luckily this one had bounce houses, bounce slides and tunnels to play on or they would've been bored out of their minds. There were about 16 kids in our group and most of the time was spent on the bounce house equipment! Most of them enjoyed the hay ride, but trying to get them to pose for a picture was just about impossible. Below is what I was successful at capturing!
This was a little (pretend) cemetery. The boys got a kick out of playing dead.

Cade & Colin
I thought this was so cute. I love how it looks like they're actually looking at each other. Austin didn't know what to think of Shrek and Donkey. Not so happy to be on the hay ride.
Cameron was so excited to have Reagan with us
I couldn't get him to sit down, but he loved the wagon
The hay maze was a high point as well, although adults weren't allowed in and it took a while to locate all of the kids!

Overall, it was well worth the trip out there, although Austin had a rough time not getting his nap (with a car full of kids)! Oh, I forgot to mention it's FREE parking, admission, everything! You only pay if you want a snow cone, drink or a pumpkin!

Your pumpkin patch is way better than the one we went to. It was at some church and they sectioned off park of the lawn and put down some hay and pumpkins. It was better than going to H.E.B. but still not as good as yours.

I love little Austin on the tractor! How adorable! We seriously need to go there. I'm trying to convince Loren to have us go tomorrow (cross your fingers). It looks like so much fun from what I saw on their website. The kids would love it.
