Diaper Cakes

We had a shower for a gal that goes to church with us tonight. She is having twins and unfortunately will be in the hospital probably until the babies come...so she missed the shower. I made these diaper cakes for it. It was my first time to do one and was a lot of fun. There are so many ways to do them. It's a great way to present diapers as a gift! The picture frames have a little stand on the back and I just slid them over the ribbon as an added decoration.

Becki, for the binky holders I just went to Walmart for the buttons. They really only had a small selection for boys. I'm sure JoAnns or Hobby Lobby has more to choose from. At least for the girls can use flowers and more 3-D items. Also you can use just about any ribbon you want. I'd stick with the ribbon more like the red/white polka dot that I made for you. It doesn't fray as easily.
And the hair...it's a little better today. I got a root booster that helps a little bit and thank goodness for my flat iron. I'm going back tomorrow, though to get a shorter layer just to help it not look so mushroomy! Maybe by Friday I'll have it under control!!!
