Sleeping Angels

I absolutely love catching my children doing funny things in their sleep. That is part of the reason I enjoy checking on them before I go to bed each night.
After our fun church activity on Saturday we were pretty worn out. There was a little bike parade in the parking lot and then we split up into groups and played games outside. This was following a yummy pancake breakfast inside the church. After I took the boys for slurpees we came home and Austin laid down next to me. It didn't take long at all for him to conk out. Colin took a picture of us snuggling. I laughed at how he positioned his arms. I didn't dare move.
This summer we've been more lenient on the boys staying up later. Because of this it is so hard to put Austin down before the other two. But no matter what time he goes to bed, he's up bright and early around 7am. Today (Sunday) he got up and we heard him out in the family room doing his own little thing. It was quiet soon after and when Chris got up this is what we found! He made sure to bring Mr. Bear with him.

Cameron wanted to wear his gloves to bed one night a few weeks ago. And yes this is during our 100 degree weather. Note he has on his winter pj's as well. I really don't understand because he and Austin sleep in the room that has barely any circulation. With 3 walls that are the outside walls. The gloves didn't come off all night.
I was honestly dreading summertime, but with a lot of swimming, and other fun activities it's flown by. I have really enjoyed my boys. I think I will be bored once school starts!
